форвардный рынок
Внебиржевой рынок, на котором заключаются контракты на продажу (покупку) определенных количеств ценных бумаг, валюты и им подобных товаров по заранее оговоренной цене с поставкой в будущем, в заданный срок. Применяются для устранения (хеджирования) риска потерь, связанных с изменением цен или процентных ставок.
